Yates County Gets New Software to Track Occupancy Tax

Yates County has purchased software to ensure their occupancy tax is being paid.

According to FingerLakes1, the county legislature voted to continue its four percent occupancy tax on hotels and other lodgings.

The software will track these facilities to make sure they’re paying their taxes.
