WELL, IT’S CLASSIC SUMMER CONDITIONS TO START THE DAY TODAY. TEMPERATURES ARE MILD AND WINDS ARE CALM THERE IS A DEEP MARINE LAYER ALONG THE COAST WITH EVEN SOME DRIZZLE. FORECAST HIGHS ACROSS THE STATE TODAY WILL HAVE A LARGE CONTRAST BETWEEN THE COAST AND INLAND CITIES. SOME INLAND LOCATIONS WILL GET INTO THE TRIPLE DIGITS. CONDITIONS ALONG THE COAST WILL REMAIN SEASONABLE AS THE ONSHORE FLOW PUSHES IN COOL, MOIST AIR. AN ONSHORE FLOW WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES IN OUR AREA MILD TODAY, BUT THERE IS A WARMUP ON THE WAY AS SOME INLAND CITIES GET BACK INTO THE MID 90S BY THIS WEEKEND. SKY CONDITIONS LOOK FAIRLY NICE MOVING FORWARD. WE’RE STARTING THE DAY OUT WITH SOME MORNING CLOUDS AND FOG, BUT WE’LL QUICKLY TRANSITION TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES BY THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL PICK UP IN THE AFTERNOON, WITH A SEA BREEZE OF ABOUT 10-20 MPH. OVERALL, EXPECT SOME MORNING CLOUDS AND FOG, MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES IN THE AFTERNOON, AN ONSHORE BREEZE. ##
