Free Tax Preparation Available to Sayreville Residents Who Qualify Financially



SAYREVILLE, NJ — Sayreville residents who earn less than $65,000 annually are eligible to have their income tax prepared by United Way of Central Jersey.

Information packets, which include forms, and a checklist are available in the Sayreville Senior Center lobby, can be emailed or mailed to Sayreville residents who are interested in this service. 

“Once all of their documents together, they can place everything in an envelope, and place the envelope in a dropbox in the Center’s lobby,” said Jennifer Krushinski, supervisor of senior citizen activities, at the Sayreville Senior Center (423 Main Street, Sayreville). “When the tax preparation has been completed, they will be contacted by United Way with a date and time when they will meet in the lobby to pickup their documents.

The program is open to any Sayreville resident, whether or not they are a senior citizen, according to Krushinski.
