Found a CA state tax refund check from 2015 uncashed.

Is it still good? How do I know i know if I didn’t edeposit it? (It’s not endorsed and I’m with a new bank now so can’t search statements etc)
Shouldn’t my tax guy have known?
Is there a database I can search to see if it’s still good?
