Aims Community College offering free help with tax preparation
Aims Community College is partnering with Denver-based Piton Foundation to offer free tax preparation assistance to local community members.
The program is open to taxpayers who earn $57,000 gross annual income or less.
Participants will need to fill out an online intake form, choose a location and schedule an appointment, if required. Locations include Greeley, Loveland and Fort Lupton.
Participants are asked to gather their tax documents prior to their appointment. Tax documents include a prior year’s tax return, intake form, social security card or ITIN identification, photo ID, and all 2020 tax documents.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, all visitors and volunteers on campus are asked to follows safety protocols, which require wearing masks and maintaining social distance.
